The cottage is set by the Helford River near Port Navas, in a sheltered. peaceful position with beautiful views over Bosanath Valley in a lovely 9 acre garden.  The cottage, which sleeps 4, is equipped to the highest standard (equivalent to 4 star).  Downstairs is a Dining Room,a well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge.   Upstairs there are 2  bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. There is a TV, DVD, HiFi, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer space, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Outside, it has its own large sloped lawn with 2 flat sitting areas including barbecue and garden furniture, visitors are invited to use the rest of the garden.  Dogs are welcome.
